Director of Sales

CallVitalz, a cutting-edge technology start-up company specializing in solutions for the healthcare industry has a rare opportunity for a Director of Sales with a start-up entrepreneurial spirit and with an opportunity to join our forming leadership team. As the CallVitalz Director of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO.  The Director of Sales will be responsible for the vision and operationalizing of the CallVitalz Sales Strategy.  

The Director of Sales responsibilities include:

Develop a sales team to support vision and strategy.
Lead our entire sales cycle from initial opportunity to finalizing opportunity outcome.
Seeks to understand before sharing own knowledge and perspective.
Takes a long-term perspective when approaching problems and opportunities.
Deliver insightful and persuasive presentations that articulate the value of the CallVitalz platform and mobilizes audience to take action.Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
KPI tracking and communication to leadership team.
